DESCRIPTION:Hello Beautiful Women! \nOver the past few months\, I have been asked by a number of different women if I would be open to leading an ongoing women’s group. I have sat in deep contemplation and have come to a strong and resounding\, “YES!” Whenever the Universe makes repeated requests of me like this\, I have always been inclined to respond…I feel the call to serve and am delighted to be able to respond in this way. \nI don’t know about you\, but it seems incredibly challenging to hold steady emotionally and spiritually with the seismic shifts in the collective consciousness our planet is currently undergoing. The recent image of Nancy Pelosi standing and pointing the finger at Trump in a room full of mute men seems to elegantly\, in one image\, capture the current archetypal reality that us women are beginning to rise…beginning to challenge the prevailing misogynistic patriarchy…and beginning to feel and own our own personal power. \nWhether you have political ambitions to bring down the patriarchy\, or simply want to deepen your own ability to stand in your own authentic truth — be it in your personal relationships\, your professional relationships\, or simply making time in your daily life to honor and respond to your own needs in addition to those you care about and for — this ongoing year-long group will be a sanctuary and a place of refuge for us women to come together\, one day a month\, over the course of a year; to hold witness for each other\, to dance\, journal\, do soul-work\, dream-work\, cry\, laugh\, inquire\, inspire\, muse\, reflect\, contemplate\, and come to our deepest internal wisdom and guidance with each other. \nSo\, here’s the logistics: \nWe will meet in my beautiful home in Sausalito on a Sunday afternoon\, from 2:00-6:00 once a month beginning in January 2020 and ending in December 2020 — one complete year’s cycle. \nThe dates of the Sundays are as follows: \nJanuary 19\, 2020\nFebruary 16\, 2020\nMarch 15\, 2020\nApril 19\, 2020\nMay 17\, 2020\nJune 14\, 2020\nJuly 12\, 2020\nAugust 9\, 2020\nAugust 30\, 2020\nOctober 4\, 2020\nNovember 1\, 2020\nDecember 6\, 2020 \nThe price per person is $2000 for the year; that’s basically a little less than $167 per 4-hour gathering. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due no later than December 15\, 2019 to secure your place in the group. The second non-refundable payment of $500 will be due no later than January 5\, 2020\, and the remaining non-refundable payment of $1000 will be due on January 19\, 2020. This amount is the cost of participating in the 12-month group regardless of whether your schedule requires you to miss a session at any point. \nThis very special group is limited to 12 women. DESCRIPTION:DEAR FRIENDS \nPLEASE JOIN ME FOR AN INCREDIBLE EVENING OF CLASSICAL INDIAN MUSIC WITH CALCUTTA MUSICIANS PARTHA BOSE AND INDRANIL MALLICK AT MY SAN ANSELMO HOME. \nWidely acknowledged as a leading contemporary instrumentalist\, PARTHA BOSE represents the MAIHAR GHARANA (school/musical tradition)\, well-known for producing maestros of yester years including  Pandit Ravi Shankar & Ustad Ali Akbar. \nTrained in SITAR by veteran Guru (Master) Pandit Monoj Shankar for 46 years\, Bose divides his time between Calcutta (his home-city) and the rest of the world\, performing\, teaching\, lecturing\, composing\, at reputed venues\, including major festivals and well-known universities. \nPartha was the first Indian musician to be featured in a 3-year-project of lecture-demonstrations in Canadian schools sponsored by Malhar Gourp & funded by Ontario Government’s Trillium Foundation. His performace was hosted at McMaster univ during Canada Culture Days in 2010. \nHis recent workshops & lecdems at Manhattan School of Music (NY)\, Univ of Montreal\, York Univ\, McMaster univ\, Indiana State Univ\, etc highlight the academic aspect of his musicality & his articulation of expression while interacting with students of diverse cultural background. \nPartha Bose was the only Indian musician among invitees from 89 countries at National Multicultural Festival hosted by the Government of Australia  in Canberra in 2007.
